Wrap my mobile website into a native mobile aplication (iOS/Android/Both)

*Looking for a mobile developer to wrap my mobile site and possibly assist with publishing to the app store for a one time fee (Compile the app, hand it over ready to publish or assist with publishing and walk away). *Looking for only ONE round of revisions/notes. If the app looks/feels just like the site, then I would just be checking to make sure all features work like they are suppsed it. *Any additional creative assets like graphics and/or write-ups will be provided by me in the event that there is something you are missing. *The content would be updated and maintained by me via Wordpress *The app will be free and have no advertising or other revenue streams at this point. Please read on for more details below... I am currently building a new mobile facing website (Content managed via Wordpress) that feels a lot like an app already as my MVP. I am looking for someone to wrap the site as a native mobile app, ideally for both iOS and Android, (but feel free to price one or the other or both). I know you are supposed to be able to do this sort of thing via Cordova/PhoneGap but if you have a different preferred method, let's discuss it. I'm open to whatever the best solution is. (I have tried web viewer templates but do NOT want any sort of extra header or menu other than what I've already built on the site) I can get my developer accounts for the App store and Google Play set up on my own but if you want to quote for that setup as a service, I'm open to it as well. As mentioned above, this is just for an MVP to prove concept. Shortly after, I will be looking to develop the next version with much more interactive and sophisticated features. Please note: I chose the $30-$250 budget range below but have NO idea what a reasonable price for this is. If $250 is too low, please let me know what you think a competitive price is. One final note: *I am well aware the pitfalls that creatives and developers are weary of when working freelance for a client and how a one day gig can end up as four or five or a month! I am not a developer, but I have worked multiple years in the creative industry and assure you I will be a breeze to work with (No wishy washy flip-flopper here). I know the basic workflow and have a good understanding of how to speak the language. I want it to be fun!
