Animated Explainer Video Needed - Short 40 second video.

We need an explainer video. The goal is to explain the simple process of unlocking a smartphone. About us: UnlockRiver is the name of our website. We do legal and ethical sim-unlock for smartphones (primarily iPhones and samsung). We need to show the following process: Explaining the process of unlocking a phone, activating the unlock, and avoiding re-lock: 1. Customer places an order. 2. We send the request to unlock the iPhone to the carrier (this takes up to 15 business days). 3. The carrier unlocks the phone from the network. And We receive an immediate confirmation. 4. The customer needs to 'Activate' the unlock immediately by connecting their iPhone to iTunes or Wifi. 4. This activation needs to be done immediately after receiving our email notification to prevent the phone from being re-locked! 5. If the customer takes long to activate the unlock, the phone will get re-locked and we need to re-start the process again. 6.
