Create a 90 Minute Animation Movie

I want to create a 90 Minute Animation Movie. I will write the story. I will define the characters - about 8 of them. I need the right person or team which can take my vision, storyboard it, and build me a 90 minute full length animation movie. I will be very active in the background music selection, and I will also do the same for the desired voices of the animation characters. The animation movie will have exotic scenes from 4 locations which I will provide. What I need is someone or a team with the equipment and knowledge to take this project from start to finish. I want to do it as a low-budget project, being creative, and thinking lean. This is a full length animation movie and I do not believe one person can do it in any reasonable amount of time - so I believe I need the right small, lean, experienced team which will do a great job.
