I need a VFX artist/3D animator for a single shot

Job Description:
We have a 9 second drone shot, only movement is tilting upward slowly. I will attach 3 frames of storyboard I made to try and help convey the shot. THE BLANK SHOT PLATE IS ALSO IN FILES.
We need a cgi cloud formation (as convincing w lighting as possible) to hang above the tree line, with a small “tube” kind of like tornado to extend from the cloud into the trees (Frame1). Then as the shot tilts up the tornado will dissipate/fade away/retract into the cloud (Frame2). Then finally as we finish the tilt, we see the true size of the giant cloud, just too big to fit entirely into frame (Frame3).
If you look close in Frame1 also, we imagined a tiny silhouette of a woman “flying up” thru the tornado part into the cloud. Super fast like less than 1 second.
