How soon do you need this work completed? You said you want to use the C language. Does this mean you don't want to use the Arduino IDE / framework (which uses C++). Do you plan to use the ESP IDF instead? I would need to order a Teensy board - which would take 3-5 working days to arrive. PLEASE NOTE: This bid is PROVISIONAL until I have more details. I may need to adjust the price and / or timeframe. The price I have quoted is for a very simple PROOF-OF-CONCEPT only. If you need further work done I would probably need to add additional milestones.
