Arduino Pump Control

I need someone to finish a pump controller code for me as i do not have the time to complete it myself. The basics of the project is to have a pump control its own flow rate to deliver a set amount of fluid over a set amount of time. I have already compiled and tuned the PID algorithm that allows the pump to control its speed according to flow measured by an inline flow meter and the program will also print to the serial monitor the flow rate and total fluid that has passed through the meter. The next step is to interface a screen and basic 4x4 keypad for the input and presentation of data. I would like the user interface to fuction as follows: POWER ON / STARTUP "Enter amount" : //User enters total amount of liquid they would like the pump to process "Enter Time" : //User enters time in Hours and minutes that they would like the pump to process set amount of liquid in Arduino calculates the flow rate that is necessary to achieve the volume of fluid in set time. minimum flow rate is 300mL per min and max is 2000mL per min If the required flowrate is within min and max flowrate, screen signifies that it is ready to start. Start button on keypad is pressed to confirm and pump runs. Screen displays current flow rate and total quantity of liquid processed When set quantity is reached, Pump stops and screen goes back to start again. I would also like to have a key on the keypad as a stop at any time, which pauses the pump where it is currently up to but does not reset it. and if that key is held for 3 sec then reset.
