Arduino Relay timer

I'd like an arduino to turn on and off a set of up to 8 relays independently and in succession. The user can set the amount of time in minutes and seconds that each relay needs to turn on and off for. The arduino has an LCD screen that displays up to 9 pages. the user can scroll through each page. The first page has a summary of what relay is active, the relay's time on, and its time off. There is also the ability to turn on or off ALL the relays The remaining pages (one page per relay) allow the user to see and set the amount of time the relay needs to turn on, and off. Each relay page will have: Relay Name (Alpha numeric field); On time (Minutes: Seconds); Off time (Minutes: Seconds); Current status (On or Off) If all the ON and OFF times are the same, each relay takes their turn turning on for their set time, then turns off for their set time. Once a relay has turned off, the next relay turns on. If at least one of the off times is different, each relay start and stop independently from one another If there are less than the 8 maximum relays, the code skips the blank relays Example 1: There are 3 relays Relay 1: turns on for 2 min 0 sec and turns off for 15 min Relay 2: turns on for 2 min 0 sec and turns off for 15 min Relay 3: turns on for 2 min 0 sec and turns off for 15 min Time = 0: Relay 1 turns on for 2 min then off for 15 min Time = 2 min: Relay 2 turns on for 2 min then off for 15 min Time = 4 min: Relay 3 turns on for 2 min then off for 15 min Time = 6 min all relays are off Time = 15 min: Relay 2 turns on for 2 min then off for 15 min Time = 17 min: Relay 3 turns on for 2 min then off for 15 min etc... Example 2: There are 3 relays Relay 1: turns on for 2 min 0 sec and turns off for 15 min Relay 2: turns on for 2 min 0 sec and turns off for 15 min Relay 3: turns on for 5 min 0 sec and turns off for 5 min Time = 0: Relay 1 starts, turns on for 2 min, then turns off for 15 min. Time = 2 min: Once relay 1 shuts off, relay 2 takes over and turns on for 2 min 0 sec and turns off for 15 min. Time = 4min 0 sec: Once relay 2 shuts off, relay 3 takes over and turns on for 5 min 0 sec and turns off for 5 min.
