I'm currently building a mobile workshop cart, the design of which is primarily a dust collection robot. It is approximately 19" x 22" wide and about 4.5' tall. Its function will be to allow easy access to a dust control system and compressed air (pneumatic tools) in various configurations in a woodworking and metalworking shop. On board, I have AC power to DC converter (5V and 12V), an air compressor and a vacuum. There are dust ports with pneumatic solenoid blast gates, some lighting, cooling/ventilation, and possibly some other tools/functions. I'm designing this around an Arduino Mega. I am looking for help with the programming and related wiring. Its actually a simple system of relays but I need help spotting any issues. Knowledge of Arduino IDE, basic electronics and wiring are a must. Good wiring layout experience--especially with DIN rail terminal blocks is a plus.

I will help you with programming and wiring, one thing that I need to know what's the amperage rating of your power supply ? Relays have coils, and they need some sufficient ampere juice for them to function properly and looks like you are going to have bunch of relays for your actuators send me a message now so we start doing it, I am available now Regards

Hi, I programmed Arduino Mega and similar with my project for muon detections using 2 geiger-muller tubes. I have a few Arduinos and a lot of electronics at home left - not sure how much this is relevant but might be of help. Besides this, I am an experienced programmer in a few languages C included and I work currently as Data Scientist for Department for Work and Pensions in UK.
