Indonesia is still struggling to control the COVID-19 pandemic since the government announced it in March 2020. There is no doubt that existing restrictions are having a huge impact on both economic, social, educational, health and political levels. Even community services provided by government agencies are limited and no longer function as they used to.
This problem is becoming apparent, forcing all levels of society to innovate and leverage existing technologies, especially information and communication technology (ICT). ICT has become a way of life and is also a key requirement to facilitate the implementation of activities. ICT makes it possible to carry out community service activities anytime, anywhere. The current Covid-19 pandemic has given rise to the term "work from home" (WFH), which means working or working from home. Working from home is no excuse for anyone to procrastinate and not fulfill their community service obligations.
