We are looking for a Copy Writer / Proofreader. Job Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communications and problem-solving skills BA in English or Communications is required 2-5 years of editing or writing experience is required Duties: • You should be able to assist with general Copy Writing / Proofreading in general. • Performs a 'quality check' on our "how to" documentation, which has either been newly created or updated, usually just before they are to be republished on our various company portals. • Review documents for accuracy, grammar, spelling, style, brand, and trademarks. • Improve documents to sound better and more professional. Skills: • Experience with proofreading marketing material • Experience working with Marketing at a tech company is preferred • Experience with Microsoft Word, PDF, and Powerpoint • 7+ years of experience in this type of work • Experience working in a cross-functional, collaborative environment • Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities Your first task will be to update our API documentation page, which is the "How to" guide on integrating our system.
