Position: Shipping/Receiving Clerk

Type Part Time / Online Office

Basic Salary: 1800 € per month plus extra

10 € as a bonus for every processed package on a monthly schedule.

Trial Period: 30 days / 1500 € plus extra

As a Shipping/Receiving Clerk your role is crucial to deliver excellent customer experience, in ensuring freight or product is sorted, processed, dispatched correctly and timely. We are looking for motivated people with positive worldview and professional work ethics to join our team. We work hard as a well-coordinated team, where getting to know your colleagues and having fun is also a part of your role.

Each new employee is provided with a control panel – personal electronic workspace for correspondence with supervisor, monitoring new orders, tracking updates, etc. An employee is required to login to the control panel several times a day (Monday through Friday).

We specialize in international and domestic package and mail forwarding services for consumers and businesses around the world who need an EU-based shipping address. Shopping online has become the easiest and least expensive way to shop in the Europe. That’s why we launched parcel forwarding to extend that experience to everyone, no matter what country they are in. We receive items, inspect and send them right to customer’s doorstep.


1. Receive packages to your own address1 or visit specified address for pickup2;

2. Unpack and examine incoming shipments;

3. Forward packages using provided Prepaid Shipping Labels;

4. Maintain accurate records of items shipped and received.

 Sort our customer's parcels & freight

 Dispatch correctly to our couriers/customers

 Handle freight in careful and professional manner

 Liaise with various internal contacts to solve problems and raise disputes when required


 Have a legal residence status

 Be available to work on call - as and when required

 Be committed teammate who values customers first

 Be ready for physically demanding actions – heavy lifting is sometimes required

 Enjoy working hard and manage your time efficiently

 Possess great communication skills

 Be hardworking, honest and reliable

 Be organized in processing documentation and keeping paperwork in order
