HAPP is a small idea of 5 young innovative minds aiming to make great impact in the HR Tech Industry. Before we can do so, we are looking for a good a blogger to help us test our idea in the market. We would like to push a blog post about our idea within the HR Tech Scene and see if we get any response to whether a product like ours could be a solution fit to some of their problems / needs. We hope to develop a product that can help successful scale-ups as they grow their business. The product motto is: “STAY TRUE TO YOUR ROOTS and Hire the RIGHT person for your team”. Our tool will be built around an algorithm based on predictive analytics that can (1) define a scale up's values based on behaviours and skills they value in (future) employees (2) support in setting up a hiring structure with a range of (automated) HR products / services / tools all in line with & extracted from the defined values. (3) maintaining that company culture so that employees are happy and engaged. The most important goals of this little piece of content marketing are: 1. testing whether our idea can solve the problem of hiring right and growing scale up business' while staying true to their roots 2. building a reputation within the HR Tech scene 3. generate leads to help us develop the tool
