A music enthusiast reviewer to write 10 music news stories. Paying $7 each

I'm looking for a music fan/writer who can write decent short music news stories.
This is perfect for someone who enjoys music, has a good understanding and can offer a good news angle/story. I will leave the news topics and artists up to the writer.
I need someone with a good grasp of music to add review type pieces explaining what the musicians are actually doing in their songs, what it sounds like, other influences etc.
Gig reviews, new album/song releases, music gossip and just about anything music news related is fine. In some cases I will provide a press release and you can put your own spin/mini review on it.
Our main focus is up-and-coming artists and small to medium names. Although some of the larger artists are fine, we generally find that those guys have already got a ton of news written about them daily.
I would like to try 10 stories to start with. So that would be 10 X $7 = $70 initially.
This would be regular work if it works out well.
