All Improved Property with Taxes Owed, Code Enforcement Liens, and a link to Google Earth.
Essentially, the improved property is a property, that has a structure built on it. For these purposes a house or commercial property. Then from there we are looking for properties with houses or commercial property, that are behind on taxes and have city violations.
