Create a Video Course on WaterColor -- 2

I need an expert/experienced artist who can create a step-by step video course on how to do Water Color for beginners/Intermediate. You need to create the course/topics and create those videos in pure English. The videos should be completely hands-on. You will also need to provide me full rights to use the videos in any way I want. I need minimum 04 hours of videos. There should not be any camera shake and background music/noise. You can insert steps in English as subtitles. No need to show face, name or logo. Only hands working on the painting. Having good camera is desirable. Please Note: Your bidding amount will be final. You cannot change the Bid Amount later. The lowest bidder will win this project and future projects.
