Existing asp site that needs a programmer to do updates and add features from time to time

I have a sight that was outsourced....I can't get a hold of the original asp developer...I need an asp developer that can take the existing site and do some new features and update it for me and be around when I need help with it ...bascially the site posts images from catagories..it is a membership site.....right now for this bid I need to make a free section of the site that takes the same database and post the same images but post smaller thumbs that when clicked they take you to a signup page where they go to pay for a membership which takes them to the original site.
