Import records through web site

I have a need to import files into an Access database through a web page.
I have several customers who have User Name and Password access to a specific administrative page and selected files within my website. They have a need to import files into an Access table for them to manage. Rather than re-typing hundreds of records. I want to offer them capability to import these records through their administrative web page. Import format needs to be generic for the average user, such as text delimited or excel formats.
Successful completion of this project could lead to many more small project of redefining the current database structure and processes.
