Good day, I’m Fernando Sahmkow, a graduate software engineer and a new freelancer. I’m an experienced programmer on the areas of 3d graphics, functional programming, C/C++ programming and optimizations, x86/x64 (SIMD: SSE1-4.2 & AVX1-2 knowledge), ARM, MIPS and Marie Assembler. My past work on the field: • I’ve contributed to the project dynarmic (an ARMv7 -> x64 JIT recompiler). • I’ve worked with libraries such as asmjit/xbyak for private companies. • I’ve optimized texture decoding/encoding in citra emulator to use SSE3 and/or AVX2 (compiler target dependant). • I’ve been tutor for Computer Architecture lectures in University Simon Bolivar, (MIPS asm). What I can do: • I can analyze performance bottlenecks and location of errors through debugging and disassembling. • I can optimize codebase for specific targets both through assembler (in this case I’ll probably use intrinsics) and architecture specific optimizations (manual elegant loop unrolling, cache-line optimizations, etc). • I can write simple JITs for x86/x64 and/or ARM32 ARM64. • I can solve problems in MIPS, ARM9 and MARIE using SPIM, ARMsim and MarieSim respectively. What I don’t do: • I don’t know much about drivers programming. • I don’t know about HDL languages such as Verilog for reconfiguring FPGAs. I worked a lot with assembly and reverse engineering, especially i reverse engineered windows kernel a lot, to find some vulnerabilities, like kernel read/write primitives and maybe make money out of it. I know how things work on basic level inside operating systems, how the syscalls are made, how memory allocated etc. I know how to optimize assembly code. Currently i'm working mainly with x64 assembly, but i'm good at x86 asssembly as well. I usually use MASM.

I guess you mean x86 Assembly language, right? I have coded for Microchip microcontroller assembly too. What exactly you need?

Good on x86? x64? Not sure what kind of help you need. I have experience writing assembly programs for Windows OS and for old MS-DOS.
