I need an Attorney for a Civil Division Case - USA ONLY

I wanted to reach out and get some info on your rates. I have a case that was filed against my small business Parform Golf from a company in Pennsylvania - Bakery Barn Inc. They are the manufacturer of my protein bar Birdie Bar and I have an invoice that is due that they have filed against Parform. I have issues with the some of the bars they have made and need to work out an agreement with them on how they will take care of it before we work out a payment plan on the invoice. They are saying their team is looking over the info but I haven't heard back from them and I need to respond to this case that was filed ASAP to get an extension. The issue with the bars (one of the flavors). They are smaller and half the size of my wrapper and I get complaints from my customers a lot on them and it is costing my sales and hurting my brand. Please let me know ASAP so we can work to get the extension on the case. My goal is to get them to remove the cost of the Bars that have issues and work out a payment plan on the balance. This has definitely hurt my brand with some of the customers that have bought this flavor and the course I sell in have brought this up as well with customers be mad about the wrapper and then bar size.
