Concept plans and 2 renders of duplex

Hi I’m after concept plans and a couple of renders for a duplex in Brisbane. There’s medium likelihood of it being approved so don’t want to spend a big amount on detailed working drawings just yet. I have a detailed survey plan. Proposed 3 levels each
Lvl 1 - double garage, laundry, entry and stairs
Lvl 2 - kitchen, dining, living + balcony
Lvl 3 - 3 bedrooms (1 with WIR and ensuite) and bathroom.
