Permit Drawings Needed for Fire Restoration

Job Description:
A single-story multi-family building with two (2x) 1-bedroom apartments was burned down by a fire, and now requires a complete set of construction drawings for the reconstruction. I have the original layout, constructed during the insurance adjustments, and this design will conform exactly to the original layout. The foundation slab and all of the essential utility lines are still usable. Everything from the slab up is all that requires design drawings. These plans must adhere to the City of Phoenix requirements for permitting, complete with engineering stamps, calculations, truss designs, etc.. I need to be able to acquire a building permit within the first week of January, 2023
