Good day, Client! Thank you for the detailed skills and experience in civil projects. I appreciate your job posting, especially the areas needed for the engineering (land surveys and real estate projects) plans. I can work with civil drawings, especially when utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D to produce civil drawings that comply with US project requirements and codes. I am using AutoTurn for vehicular path analysis in conformance with road geometry and curvature. However, I need a license from you for this project. For land development lots, hill gradings, cut and fill, drainages, and utilities, I work as a Civil Designer and Drafter. I'm doing my best to work on the project every evening (Philippine Time) excluding weekends for 30 hrs per week. I have projects of similar scope for residential, commercial, and industrial grading designs.
