CAD design of an aluminium kayak (CAD)

I'm a sea kayak enthusiast and I would like to build a new kayak on the basis of a design created by me. The attached document describes the main features of this design, I would need a CAD designer to translare these features into a real CAD 3D design. The output would be a file that can be opened with a CAD software.
The instructions in the documente provides only a draft for the design development. The challenge is to create a modular kayak (divisible in more parts) and to assure the parts can be stored, one inside the order, into only two bags.
