Design Road in Civil 3D - Civil Engineer

An existing 2D proposed road profile (800m) is to be placed onto a Civil 3D surface. The existing surface is a mixture of gravel roads and asphalt roads. The pavement boundaries are set by the 2D line work and there are transitions to existing surface levels. Surface drainage and varying road widths are included making the cross section more complex than a simple assembly. The deliverable for the job would be construction ready drawings including: Drawings of road cross section Cut and fill volumes Digital surface file Civil 3D file Workflow: The project needs to be commenced on a short timeline. Once you accept the job, you need to commence immediately. Draft drawings with draft Cut and fill are required by 6th November 5pm AEST. A draft of your Civil 3D file is required by 5th November 5pm AEST that shows the road surface ready for comment and further adjustment if required. Adjustments to design and final issue of drawings is due 10th November Project data must remain confidential. Sample project files are attached.
