Hi, A Paint render is a good starting point because it tells me what you want the house to feel like. My first step would be translating it into a real floor plan that fits your 2,000 to 2,400 sq ft main level, with the bonus room over the garage and the basement stacked cleanly underneath. That's where most of these projects go wrong, so I'd show you that layout for approval before drawing anything else. After that, everything comes from one Revit model, so the plans, elevations, sections, schedules, foundation and framing plans, and the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC layouts all match each other. The same model gives you the exterior renders and the animation, and you'd get the CAD and 3D source files at the end. Could you share the render and tell me your build location?
