Need architectural plans to submit to structural engineer. I have the original plans from the city.
1. Remove bearing wall between two rooms
2. Convert two door garage door to a single double garage door ( need to put in a single beam instead of the existing double beam.
3. Replace a double door and double window - with a 4 panel door ( replace existing beam- bearing wall)
4. Convert a 3 panel window to a 3 panel door ( bearing wall- maybe)
5. Covert double door and single window into a triple door (bearing wall- need a new beam)
