Hi, I have single story house with 3 bedrooms with good size garden and two cars garage as per the attached existing plan. I have decided to add new floor which I have draft plot plan already developed with AutoCAD drawing in native file available for both floor and the whole garden, the following will be needed: - Review second floor layout as propose in the drawings and advice if modification to layout is making the design more practical or better. - I want to add guest room on top of the garage which I have only proposed plot but no Auto cad drawing. - I will leave part of the second floor as open plan around 76 sq meter. - I want very creative modern interior design for the house and garden the room above garage - I want the garden to be creative considering green house and inspiration area. Not that in Summer temperature is between 42 C to 49 C - I want all that to be in 3D-Model with very detailed drawing including toilet furniture lighting etc and tiles colour up to scale. The most important to have very creative and modern design I want the native 3D- to be provided as well Provided documents: - Existing 1st floor and house plot plan - The new modification plot plan - All available Auto-Cad files. - Live video around the house can be also provided as requested - Any requested data will be provided as needed.
