We are looking for a draftsperson to complete the construction drawings for the renovation of this cedar home located if the forests of British Columbia. Experience with post and beam cedar A-Frames and detailing wood windows would be assets on this project. In this renovation the clients are looking to add some shed roofs and windows on 2 sides of the home and are planning a future extension. Drawings will then be used by local structural engineers who will design the structural upgrades. The house has been measured and all elements have been incorporated into a CAD drawing, we just need your artistic touches to complete the existing a future plans.
Plans need to be completed in DWG format using AutoCAD or an IntelliCAD program. (No Revit please) You will be working with people experienced in CAD and construction. We are experienced with working remotely with team and have over 24 years experience in victual Project Management of virtual Design Teams.
