I already have a roof plan and sections. I need the Freelancer to re-draw this on A1 size paper, the plan should be at a scale of 1:25 and the Lower Terrace & Upper Parapet details can just be copied on to the same page (does not need to be re-drawn) if it fits, otherwise on a separate page if it does not fit on the same page as the plan.
I want to give this drawing to roofing contractors to price the flat roofs. The specification for the roofing is:
18 mm thick plywood deck (existing and to falls) / concrete deck to Lower Terraces
Fatra FF815 self-adhesive aluminium faced vapour control layer
140mm Recticel Powerdeck F PIR Insulation board fully bonded to VLC
Fatrafol FF807/V membrane fully bonded to insulation board
This specification should be noted on the plan drawing
