After analyzing the sample audio, I can see that the main problem is in the balance of frequencies and dynamics, which causes the track's headroom to go to the lower areas and takes a lot of energy to reach better levels.

Your track sounds smaller on the stream than everywhere else. That is almost always one of three things, and all three are measurable: (1) the platform's loudness normalisation (YouTube/Twitch pull everything to about -14 LUFS, so a loud master gets turned down and feels flat), (2) a compressor, limiter or ducking filter in the OBS/streaming-software audio chain, or (3) a stereo-to-mono fold-down or a sample-rate mismatch (44.1 vs 48 kHz) cancelling part of the mix. How I would work: you already attached the master (Rapture) and a screen recording, so I start from those. If the recording's audio is not the stream's actual output, I will ask for a 60-second capture of it. I measure both with my own loudness service (Mix Check: ITU-R BS.1770 integrated LUFS, true peak, crest factor, built against 98 real masters) and compare the spectra. You get a short written report: what differs, in numbers, the exact setting to change in your streaming chain, and a verification measurement after you apply it. One question: which software and platform (OBS / vMix / Streamlabs -> YouTube / Twitch / Facebook), and does the problem also appear in the local recording the software saves? If it does, the fault is in your chain; if not, it is the platform. I work in writing and asynchronously.
