I ask because the display control method (TCP/IP or RS-232) decides how reliable power feedback and recovery will be. I can deliver a simplified program for all four rooms on one shared baseline, with clean bilingual English/Arabic touchpanels for the TSW-760 and TST-902 that always stay in sync. I'll also hand over full SIMPL Windows and VT Pro-e source so any Crestron programmer can maintain it later. How I would run it: 1. Review: Study the legacy program, remove the projector, screen and CAPTURE-HD logic, and confirm the new room flow with you. 2. Build: Program and touchpanel builds for you to load and test onsite, with quick revisions after each test round. 3. Handover: Source files, compiled builds, as-built notes and a walkthrough.
