Install NVIDIA Tesla GPU on VM Azure

I want to set up a virtual machine for gaming purposes. I am trying to use the following guideline: [login to view URL] Somehow, installing the NVIDIA GPU does not work. I have tried many options and even contacted microsoft directly, who have forwarded me 2 other sources that do not seem to work for me (see below).
Who can help me set up such a VM? My preference would be to set up a 2-hour session in which we set up a VM and you guide me through the process. I want to learn to do it myself as well and know why I did not manage in the first place. I would like to see if you have made it work in the past as well.
