Our in-house team is midway through development on a solution that spans Azure, Dynamics 365 and SharePoint, and I need an experienced Microsoft-stack developer who can jump straight into the codebase and keep our velocity high. Where things stand • The project is already in the Development phase. • CI/CD is set up in Azure DevOps and the repository is active. • Core architecture is defined; we’re now building out business modules, integrations and front-end experiences. What you’ll actually do – Extend and optimise Azure Functions, Logic Apps and App Services that power our back end. – Write and refactor custom Dynamics 365 plug-ins, workflows and Power Platform components. – Build SPFx web parts and automate SharePoint site provisioning to tie the user interface together. – Collaborate through Git pull requests, daily stand-ups and sprint reviews, supplying clear documentation and unit tests as you go. Acceptance criteria A task is considered complete when it: 1. Compiles and deploys cleanly via our existing DevOps pipeline. 2. Meets the functional spec and passes peer code review. 3. Includes up-to-date XML comments, README snippets and test coverage. Hi, I’ve reviewed the project and understand that you need someone who can work directly within an existing Azure DevOps codebase and continue development without disrupting the current architecture. My background is in software engineering, backend/API development, JavaScript/React, Python, databases, Git and CI/CD workflows. I’m comfortable working with existing codebases, implementing features, debugging integrations, writing tests and collaborating through Git-based development workflows. I want to be transparent that I don’t have extensive production experience specifically across the full Azure Functions + Dynamics 365 + Power Platform + SPFx stack listed. I therefore wouldn’t want to claim Microsoft-stack experience that I don’t have. However, if you’re open to a developer with strong general software engineering and API/integration skills who can work within your existing architecture, I’d be happy to review the repository structure and requirements and take on clearly defined modules. I can follow your existing Azure DevOps CI/CD process, pull-request workflow, documentation standards and testing requirements rather than introducing unnecessary changes. If the role requires someone already experienced with Dynamics 365 plug-ins and SPFx in production, I understand if a specialist is a better fit.
