For two decades, I had a team of Russian developers responsible for building and maintaining a comprehensive flight, hotel, and package travel system. Unfortunately, due to sanctions, I can no longer engage their services, as transferring payments to Russia has become a challenging endeavor. Naturally, this has left them discontented and unwilling to assist in finding a suitable replacement outside of Russia.
I believe that with the expertise of a skilled backend developer who can review and analyze the existing code, there's a possibility of not only maintaining but also enhancing the system's performance. While it's true that the engine is aging, it may be worthwhile to consider the option of rebuilding it from the ground up."
