To fulfill a customer requirement I need to identify the right blockchain that has the below features: - has no transaction fees - is possible to create 0 value transactions (good to have, not mandatory) - has a public blockchain explorer - it has a data field in each transaction - is possible via api/sdk to create a new transaction with a specific text in the data field - Throughput: 1000+ TPS -Transaction time: max 5 min The candidate need to provide a brief document explaining/documenting how the identified blockchain fulfill ALL the above requirements. A comparison of multiple blockchain having these features will be rewarded with a bonus
