I have excelent experience with ESP32. I have used it in many projects before either for read data from sensors or drive actuator/lcd/motors and also i used WiFi for uploading data to cloud and do OTA. I have built many drivers for different sensors/actuators/lcd/motors using different preipherals (ADC - DAC - SPI - I2C - I2S - Uart - GPIO). I have used ESP32-Cam module to capture photo in intercom system before and save these to sd card and i can record video instead of capturing photo. I used audio codec before with ESP32 in SIP VOIP solution so i can record audio and in turn save to sd card. Uploading video or audio to cloud is uploading data to cloud and i have done that before in a project that use ESP32 as data logger. If you want we can have a discussion about the porject.
