We are a smart home installation company and would like some help with general office tasks including invoicing customers using Xero accounts, reconciliation of accounts and reporting any payments that are not received. Experience of Xero accounts is essential.
We also use an online tool called JetBuilt to create quotes for new projects, we would like assistance in building the quotes. An outline of which products to add to the quote will be supplied on a room by room basis, where it is a case of adding these to the quotation system. JetBuilt is very easy to pick-up and there are plenty of online training videos available, so experience is not required. Following acceptance of a quotation, we will need a list of products that need to be ordered in or taken from stock, this is already setup as a report in JetBuilt.
From time to time we list surplus stock or deals on eBay, we would like products to be listed on the platform to a high standard using a supplied template. experience is not essential but preferred to have some knowledge of how eBay works.
We would require the successful applicant to take ownership of these parts of the business and follow up jobs from initial contact, through to quotations and finally invoicing. You would need to be proactive in managing these, fluent in written UK English communication to the company and customers.
