I would design the the house from foundation to structure and interior to exterior. I would design it by Etabs software and prepare a calculation book which included of loads validation on any member, beam and column. I can design concrete and steel structural buildings.
I will provide bill of material and shop drawing by Tekla software. I am MEP engineer and can provide you plumbing and electricity drawings too.
