Prepare the architectural plans (floorplans, elevations, and 3d exterior renderings) of new house

I am planning to build a new home and have an idea in my head what I would like. I need help putting the idea into professional plans that I can use to discuss with builders, with municipal permitting, etc...
The house will be designed with a garage on mainfloor (24'x30') with living space above. This loft should include a master bedroom, a shared ensuite, and a 2nd bedroom (smaller that the master that could be furnished as an office for now...). We can label this side of the house "Garage building"
There should also be a "Main house" building which would also measure 24'x30' and would have a kitchen, dining room, a guest bedroom, and a bathroom on the main floor. On the second floor, there should be bedrooms (15'x12' each), a media room and a full bathroom (shower, bath, sink, toilet).
The "Main house" should be connected to the "Garage building" by a rectangle with very large windows on both sides of the building so you can basically see through this section. This section should house the living room and entry area. The see through section should be for the living room portion.
The main floor should be set about 4 feet above ground, with the basement being about 5 feet below ground. (5 feet below ground+ 4 feet below ground will give basement 9' ceilings). The basement will be beneath the main house and the rectangular connection. The garage will not have a basement and should be set only 1' above ground. Therefore, the garage building's roof will be about 4 feet lower than the main house's. This also means that the stairway up to the second floor will not need to climb a full story.
I have attached some inspirational imagery to convey my idea, as well as my very simple floorplan. I am no architect and a terrible drawer ( this is why I am hiring you) but hopefully it can still help you understand what I am envisaging.
The home will be set on a wooded lot fronting on a roaring river. The materials used should be wood siding and stone. I would like the home to have a modern rustic feel (again, see inspirational images).
