Business Analyst with finance function knowledge

I am looking for a Business Analyst to help with an important project in the finance services industry. Specifically, I need help with business analysis over a period of 6-12 months. The successful candidate needs to be highly knowledgeable, experienced, and have an excellent track record in the GIC / finance services / ITES / Big4 consulting with minimum experience of 10 years.

We need a business analyst who can conduct problem solving, financial analysis, and data analysis. The successful candidate needs to have good understanding of finance and account processes, shared service model and the ability to drive stakeholders and users into action.

The ideal candidate is an expert in business analysis or project management with ability to criticaly analyse problems, work with inter-functional teams, provide insights and recommendations that can be implemented quickly to achieve shorter-term and tactical improvements. He/she needs to be able to work effectively and efficiently under tight timelines and communicate clearly.
