Eu sunt fondatorul companiei si ma gandesc de mult la un VA, dar nu stiu ce si cum as putea sa deleg acestuia fara ca delegarea sa imi ia mai mult timp decat realizarea sarcinilor in sine si asigurandu-ma si ca pot fi bine facute de cineva cu putin context in business-ul nostru, cum este un VA. Am nevoie de un audit de la un VA cu scopul de a identifica specific din business-ul meu ce pot delega sanatos, rapid si eficient catre un VA. Pasul 2 desigur va fi sa angajez un VA pentru sarcinile respective. Poate chiar acelasi daca doreste si poate. Am nevoie de ajutor in primul rand pentru mine , eu ocupandu-ma in principal acum de vanzari si dezvoltarea afacerii ( aplicari la granturi, research despre parteneri posibili pt afacere ) . Vorbirea limbii romane este necesara pt acest proiect. Multumesc.
