While growing and adding new clients, we must make sure that communication between our team and their team must be held effectively, without losing any information. For that, our team needs CMR system integration to improve our communication with clients, staff efficiency, and effective utilization of internal resources. We are planning to adjust Monday to our needs.
We need 4 main boards in our Monday workspace.
1) Main modules
Team members ( 3 Table (current stuff, contractor staff, finished contracts) with information: Employee, position, ID number, Date (start) Date (finish), contract file attachment, salary, mobile number, mail, and comment function.
Contacts ( Two tables (Client and Interested client) Contact, mobile, mail, manager, company)
Companies ( Three tables (client, interested client, and finished project) Company, manager, ID, address, industry, Contacts ( from the previous board)
2) Additional Modules
Survey form ( Results from surveys sent to our clients.)
Offers ( Offer, person, status, date, and file attachment.)
Contracts (Contract, person, status date, and file attachment.)
3) Clients

• Staff ( Two tables ( permanent staff and temporary staff) position, user, team members, contacts)
• Project Tasks ( Task, owner, status, deadline, document (file attachment))
• Client Board ( chart, where the client can see how many tasks are given with their status.
