The services provided are as follows: - medical provider: Diagnose and treat medical condition and supervise care, including recommending other professional services that may be needed. -physical therapy: Use specialized equipment and exercises to improve muscle strength, flexibility and mobility. -registered nurses: Provide other medical care that required special training, such as intravenous treatment, wound care, and education about managing patients disease and conditions. -personal care aides: Performs the duty of a companion and additional duties listed below: 1-Assist with bathing 2-Assist with ambulation 3-Assist with feeding. 4-Assist with toileting, bedpan or commode. 5-Lifting and turning of patient in bed or chair. 6-May remind client to take medication. -medication management. -dietary service: Evaluate patient’s dietary needs and gives counseling based on their illnesses and recommended appropriate diet plans. -laboratory services: Provide Phlebotomist Service -ambulance service: provide transportation for medical visits and appointments.
