I have created a new strategy concept for our business. The idea has been in my head for a while and have been verbally selling it during networking events. As a result I have a prospective client that wants to explore the concept in greater detail next week. Thus I need to urgently document the strategy to be able to sell. Due to work travel commitments I am unable to design the strategy so I need assistance. Company Background: At EB our goal is to strategically align ourselves with our Clients vision and brand, to deliver events that exceed expectations. We do this by consulting, creating, executing and implementing seamless projects both locally and internationally. Combined, our team have over 30 years experience in delivering projects and events from intimate experiences through to large scale events. We manage all facets of the project from creative concept through to delivery and implementation. The Concept: THE HALO EFFECT The Halo Effect is about truly understanding and measuring the impact an event can have on our clients wider business and stakeholders. It is the evaluation of their people, their culture, their brand, their strategy and their economic ecosystem. We analyse these components to direct the event towards achieving company goals, by-product goals and exceeding expectations. The Halo Effect is our point of difference. It is a customer centric approach designed to continuously improve and elevate the client position and subsequently the EB position in industry. It is our formula to grow, evolve, and to further engage and delight our clients and their audiences. WHAT I NEED: Fundamentally the Halo effect is about strategically analyzing the client business needs and using Events to achieve those needs. Requirement 1 A how to consult/strategy business guide, for my staff to follow step by step to explore the client needs. What questions to ask to find out the areas of a business that needs improvement. How to Evaluate a Client Ecosystem A document they can sit with a client and work through to understand the wider needs of the business that can truly impact growth. Requirement 2 I need a small document created that we can send to clients, which explains the above strategic approach. I am happy to discuss this with someone more before they can get started. Will need someone with a marketing and/or business strategy background.
