math expression creater

I am looking for someone to make a math equation creator. If you are familiar with mathtype (you can download and get a 30 day trial for free), that is what I mean by a math equation creator, but not nearly as elaborate. I would like the following:
(1) user is able to type letters and digits and math operators including: +,
-, *, ), (
(2) no decimals within a fraction
(3) user can select items simultaneously
(4) user can have and number of exponents, but must be letter or number;
they themselves can not write a fraction for an exponent.
(5) User can have fractions, but they can not have a fraction within a
fraction, which should simplify the programming tremendously.
