Simple dialer

I have an internet access service. I would like a simple dialer that will configure the customers computer, and put a link on their desktop. The lowest bids will be considered. something on the site [url removed, login to view] but much cheaper would be ideal. I dont require that the numbers in intregrated into it - but for those who offer that, will get priority.
Just need something that acts like the internet connection wizard, but configures for dialup.
I have 2 example dialers with the actual numbers I want to use for each in a delimited file, use a PMB to request these files. Leave an instant messenger (Yahoo, MSN, AIM) and e-mail
