Online Backup Application

The client installs the application on their Windows machine. Once installed the client lauches the applications and logins in with their username and password which is authnicated against a MySQL database held online.
Once logged in the client sees a replication of their computers exlporer and then browses the list placing a tick next to the directory or file the wish to backup.
The client or user has the option to backup now or schedule a backup which will run at their selected time.
ADMINISTRATION :
- I already have a mySQL database with users so l would like it to check the username, password and activation flag against this.
- The admin of the backup is to allow me to identify an IP address and the backup will work using the user id via FTP for example if the user is test company then the backup will happen on -ipaddress-/testcompany
- Ingremental backup required so the application checkes the file size against what is on FTP and then if differs backs up (if this is costly then please do not include in bid price but mention its not included)
- Client has the ability to retrieve files via the application
