file compressor with wrapper

I am looking for a program that will take any file, or group of fies
compress it and created a self extracting zip file.
This file will be wrapped [branded] with an advertising package
the advertising would include a display box which could have a url displayed
or have the ability to show an internal file in TXT RTF or html, perhaps a basic editor
could be built in and include a hyperlink to advertise a website of the users choice
the caption for the link would also be a variable. The program would use an affilate code which becomes
branded into a logo so that if the end customer [user of the resulting branded file]
clicks on the logo it will pass the affiliate code within the url to our affiliate
[url removed, login to view] under the box for the affiliate code will be a hyperlink to allow them
to sign up to become a free affiliate. The extract button caption can be changed by the user,
after extraction there will be an option to run a file using the default windows handler
[just like a command line] this could be the setup file, or a url or an image. the default
directory would be the one chosen during extraction so just the file name from the package
needs to be entered for example: [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view],[url removed, login to view],[url removed, login to view] any registered file
type would need to be entered.
the customer should be able to choose compression levels.
password protection of the file would be another option. the option to choose the window
size for the ad should be there as well as to choose to hide our logo in the resulting
branded file with the default being to show it. The ability to assign an external icon
to the branded file is required.
There needs to be the abilty to batch process files to be branded with the same
information without having to do each one individually. And an option to include more than
one file in the branded [url removed, login to view] a config file which can save the variables so
they don't need to be entered each time the user wants to brand a file.
there is no need for a setup program as we will construct that around your exe.
this needs to be a win32 application and be able to run on all versions of windows from 95
to xp including 2000
This is important the code must be 100% original code from scratch i will need you
to certify this and include exclusive copyright in our name. We will need to have the source code
as well as the compiled exe.
Anyone who has done work in the past for Russell Branson or zipbrand cannot be chosen.
you are not to create derivitive works in the future from this code.
