PC Based ECG Software

I want somebody to design and create a simple but accurate PC based ECG Heart monitor. You'll need to understand he subject well and be a proficient programmer. I want to Monitor the heart waveform and indicate potential ECG abnormalities.

Alerst for missed heart beats & flag in chart.

Auto Save ECG scans ( chart and all data for analysis) for logged in user

Replay saved ECG's

Interference filters for baseline drift, electrical interference and muscle tremor

Monitor senses the heart waveform and indicates potential ECG abnormalities.

I want to make this a free or low cost solution for people who want to record their ECG for sports or medical purposes.

I am happy for Teechart to be used and C++ or Delphi (preferred).
