Partition Image Backup / Bootable(repost)

There are a number of backup applications that allow the user to do a complete Partition Image backup. One example would be Acronis True Image, there are many others. I am not particulary wanting a complete application like Acronis, just the ability to backup and restore a partition in complete image form; 1) Backup - select the source partition - select the destination, and give the file a title, and description any location (drive, network, USB, CD, DVD) I can supply a CD/DVD burning control - specify the degree of compression ( optional, not a must have) Partition is then copied in full (everything) to an image. This image should be encrypted. The MBR must also be saved. 2) Restore - select the image file to restore - select the destination location - check destination partition size to make sure it is big enough Note.. I am presuming the Backup and Restore process will need to reboot to Dos to allow for full access for the processes ? thanks ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Preferably in VB or if in Delphi or C++ then wrapped in VB
